This was an estate property that just needed some polishing to show well. The listing agent and I worked with the estate representative to have some of the furniture removed, the kitchens and closets cleared and the home thoroughly cleaned. The decks were given a new coat of stain and the gardens were weeded. Using the existing furniture and art, I added linens, flowers, table scapes, and accessories to make the home feel warm and appealing. There has been a lot of traffic through the home and it shows beautifully.
