This was a vacant luxury condo that had lovely water views and very high end finishes but felt cold and empty without any furniture, especially during the winter months. I selected 3 rooms of rental furniture and spread the pieces throughout the condo. I then added upscale linens, artwork, floral pieces and accessories to add warmth and scale. Changing the accessories with the season helped keep the look fresh.
